leaders! "
This Scholarship Program is a chance to reward
local high school students
with a $5,000 scholarship
for their efforts & leadership
in responding to environmental issues.
The program is offering 20 entrance scholarships, of $5 000
each,
nationwide, to this years graduating high school students who qualify.
About the Scholarship
The Toyota Earth Day Scholarship Program was established to help cultivate and nurture environmental leadership. The Scholarship
Program encourages and rewards graduating Canadian high school students who have distinguished themselves through environmental
community service, extracurricular and volunteer activities, and academic excellence.
A national winner - selected
from the 20 regional winners - will also be awarded the Toyota Earth Day Scholarship National Award and a Panasonic notebook
computer at the National Award Ceremony!
