Wings Of Change – Peer Support

Every first Wednesday and third Thursday of the month, first responders gather at the Nordin Rec Centre (24 Nordin Lane) for anonymous, peer-to-peer support for occupational trauma. Discussions are confidential and you do not need a mental health diagnosis to attend.
